Tennessee Is Now The First State To Create An Animal Abuse Registry

Animal lovers out there, we have some great news for you! The state of Tennessee will be the first state ever to have an animal abuse registry. It is set to launch in January of next year and the general public will be able to view it online. The Animal Abuse act was passed in May this year and if someone is convicted of being an animal abuser, they will have their name and photo posted online.
